Our story

Born in a tiny Amman kitchen.

Fragola started the way most beautiful things do — by accident. A pan of brownies shared with friends, a strawberry tart that disappeared in minutes, and a quiet promise to keep baking until the city knew our name.

2019

A love affair with berries

It began at home. One tray of strawberry brownies, a few hand-written labels, and orders from friends-of-friends across Amman.

2021

The Fragola name is born

Italian for strawberry — bright, generous, a little playful. The name stuck and so did the obsession with quality ingredients.

Today

A small studio, a big city

Everything is still made fresh, in small batches, by a tiny team that genuinely loves what they do. No shortcuts. No frozen anything.

We don't believe in cutting corners. Every cake is mixed by hand, every brownie is baked the morning it's delivered, and every box leaves the kitchen with a little note that says — thank you for choosing us.
