Fresh desserts deserve a smooth delivery. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver across Amman and how to pick up your order.
Delivery areas
We deliver freshly-made desserts across all Amman areas. If your area is outside our standard zone, contact us and we'll confirm whether delivery is possible.
Delivery hours
Our daily delivery window is 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Amman time. Same-day delivery is available for most in-stock items when ordered early in the day. Custom cakes and event orders require advance lead time.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our store in Abdoun. Free delivery may apply for orders within approximately 10 km of our location or during active promotions. The exact fee and any free-delivery eligibility are shown before you confirm your order.
Pickup option
You can choose pickup at checkout. Pickup orders are prepared for the time slot you select. Please bring your order confirmation or a valid ID, and arrive within 15 minutes of your selected time for the best quality.
If you miss the delivery
If our driver cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your order will be held for a short period. We may charge a redelivery fee or, if contact cannot be made, the order may be considered delivered and non-refundable.
Order tracking
Once your order is on the way, you can track its status through your order confirmation link. You will also receive updates by WhatsApp or SMS when your order is confirmed, prepared and out for delivery.
