Placing an order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, details are incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
Payments
We accept cash on delivery, CliQ and card payments when enabled. Card payments are processed securely by our licensed payment provider. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is available within our service areas in Amman and nearby locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or high demand. Free delivery may apply based on your distance from our store and current promotions.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Fragola is liable for the quality and safety of the food we prepare. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including traffic, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or third-party delivery issues.
